Inventory Management

  • Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and organized, and reported according to company policy
  • Input and access inventory data through a computerized inventory tracking system
  • Research and Order inventory items from vendors and suppliers and secure shipment arrival times
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet camp & customer demand
  • Monitor delivery schedule and ensure that all camp locations have the necessary supplies for camp to run smoothly
  • Provide direction and mentorship to a team of seasonal interns
  • Have a strong command of excel and data entry

Program Planning

  • Responsible for all stages of the seasonal employee life cycle for year-round & summer programs including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, and development
  • Utilize ATS, Google Suite, and other tools to keep candidate pipeline organized
  • Review applications for qualification and/or technical skills, set up timely interviews, and conduct final interviews via video conferencing tool
  • Onboard and train seasonal staff both in-person and virtually
  • Support marketing efforts for Lavner Education
  • Prepare, organize, and oversee the management of all year-round & summer camp location materials
  • Manage logistics and physical/virtual inventory for all year-round & summer camp program items

Program Operations

  • Develop, launch, & execute year-round program offerings
  • Manage all stages of onsite location move-ins, setup, inventory, staff orientation, and move-outs, from planning to execution
  • Communicate with onsite directors and location managers to ensure locations have sufficient materials and equipment to execute camp at a high level
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations, staff scheduling & management, troubleshooting, and general support of 9+ summer camp locations across the U.S.
  • Continually ensure that year-round & summer camp locations are maintaining excellence in program standards and staff are delivering a fun and engaging experience to all students through in-person/virtual visits and regular check-ins with site directors
  • Monitor seasonal staff performance and provide timely feedback
  • Be available via phone, email, and other communication tools to provide support and guidance to seasonal staff

Customer Service

  • Deliver an exceptional level of service to our clients via phone, email, and chat while effectively managing a high volume of inbound communications
  • Build and develop valuable relationships with clients by identifying their needs and assisting in resolving issues with empathy, tact, and patience
  • Communicate personalized course recommendations and provide detailed information about courses, locations, availability, and how to register with clients

Curriculum Development

  • Contribute to the development of curriculum in areas where you have expertise


  • Must work in person at Lavner Education's office
  • Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in Education or related field
  • Degree in STEM Education, Management, Business, or related field
  • Tech-savvy
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
  • Quickly takes ownership of tasks and steps into leadership roles
  • Strong organizational & time management skills
  • Excellent and proactive communication skills
  • An ability to troubleshoot independently & problem solve
  • Delivers on details with follow up
  • Open to feedback, curious, & asks questions
  • Clearance of all required background checks
  • Fully vaccinated
